SIG plc Continued to manage a portfolio of mixed use commercial properties across the country, whilst taking on additional internal management responsibilities. Secondment to FTSE 250 client as interim UK FM whilst consulting on mobilisation of a 1st generation TFM contract covering engineering, fire and front of house across 220 sites totalling 4.1 million sq/ft.

Sainsbury’s, AXA Investment Management, Santander and Mid Counties Co-op. Managing a mixed portfolio of 36 properties, comprised of commercial offices, flagship retail parks and industrial properties in London and across the South of England.Responsible for managing the delivery of hard & soft services through our supply chain, minor refurbishment works, compliance, health & safety, leading monthly tenant meetings, budget creation and service charge reconciliation. Mobilised numerous commercial buildings from initial asset verification through to 100% statutory compliance. Worked on several projects including reviewing schedule apportionments across whole portfolio for the Contract Director. Reviewing and reconciling portfolios service charge budgets (circa £6m) for the Contract Director along with producing corresponding SC packs for tenants. Went out to market to discover lone working technology solutions, managed trial of 3 lone working apps for Business Unit and presented solution to MD which was subsequently signed off.

Hammersmith & Fulham Council - Property Management Delivering reactive, planned and cyclical works to over 17,000 properties. • Analysis of operational processes highlighting area's of potential improvement and working with operations towards implementing these changes, resulting in month on month productivity growth culminating in an 18.5% increase in average completions per day across DLO. • Investigating reactive data to highlight trends across property repairs allowing for better management of portfolio.• Day to day commercial tasks such as managing subcontractor invoices, investigating material usage to ensure correct allocation of costs across projects and analysing commercial/operational data to allow the business to make more informed decisions.• Designed and implemented supply chain contract register. • Completed commercial review and reactive/void costing’s for new business tenders.

Lloyd’s Banking Group - Integrated Facilities Management• Oversaw closure, demobilisation and handover of two branches and the opening of a new flagship branch. • Created business proposal for management of agile working area in a regional office. Clean Environments• Allocated portfolio of 28 sites in the midlands, including Vodafone, Capita and Yorkshire Water. Audited all sites and met with clients monthly, accountable for operational issues. Property Management• Restructured void basket rates to decrease quotations by 67%. Presented to client and approved. • Analysed 2 years of reactive works data to identify trends in work type and forecast future demand. Consolidated PPP works to decrease out of scope quotations by 26%. Forecast additional £108K of fixed revenue to business. Presented to client and approved. Complete Health Care• Redesigned and implemented a new mobilisation process and progress tracker to improve accountability and drive efficiencies across the business.

I originally passed my managers assessment day in 2012, however I remained as a supervisor as it offered greater flexibility around my university degree. I then became assistant manager as soon as my university finals were completed.Net turnover of £2.4 million per annum, 3800 covers a week, 40 employees. Responsible for ensuring we hit financial KPI's through maximising revenue and controlling expenditure on stock, wages, materials, chemicals and R&M. Accountable for customer satisfaction, staff engagement and operational/financial audits. I requested to train and develop our internal supervisors, two of which went on to become assistant managers.
