Assisting with Event Planning: Help in the planning and coordination of various aspects of the event, such as scheduling, logistics, and vendor coordination.Venue Setup and Management: Assist in setting up the tournament venue, including signage, booths, hospitality areas, and spectator facilities. Help manage the venue during the event to ensure everything runs smoothly.Player and VIP Services: Assist with player registration, transportation arrangements, and hospitality services for players and VIP guests attending the event.Volunteer Coordination: Help recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers for various tasks during the event, such as marshaling, scoring, and guest services.Sponsorship Activation: Support the activation of sponsorships, including setting up sponsor booths and ensuring sponsor-related activities run smoothly.Event Promotion and Marketing: Assist with promotional activities to raise awareness of the event, including social media management, creating promotional materials, and coordinating media coverage.Operations Support: Provide general operational support during the event, including troubleshooting issues, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with event regulations.Customer Service: Assist with providing excellent customer service to spectators, sponsors, players, and other stakeholders throughout the event.Data Management and Analysis: Help collect, organize, and analyze data related to event attendance, feedback, and other metrics to evaluate the success of the event and identify areas for improvement.Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Events and Operations team, including organizing documents, scheduling meetings, and responding to inquiries.

-Help the ticket department exceed its annual attendance and revenue goals.-Assist in the management of game-day operations, special events, and everyday operations of the Athletic Department.-Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships. -Distribute season ticket, group, and individual ticket information to existing and potential clients.-Handle questions regarding individual tickets, season ticket plans, and group outings.-Make outgoing calls and contacts in order to generate new sales and attract new companies/fans.-Sell individual tickets, season ticket plans, and group outings for various University events and all events held at Savage Arena and the Glass Bowl.-Work home athletic events as needed.-Assist with marketing and sales events on campus and in the local community.-Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Serviced members, assisting golfers with their bags, kept carts clean and up-to-date. Helped keep a clean and maintained driving range, worked weddings/events assisting with any needs. Managed over 60+ carts for leagues and made sure they were ready to go for league nights.
