1. Answer phones and greet guests, walk-in agents and other appointments in a professional and courteous manner, assist if necessary.2. Issuance of wholesale contracts, addendums, RFP's and specials; revisions as deemed appropriate by DOS.3. Draft spreadsheets and reports as needed; letters, memorandums and other correspondence for the department done in a timely manner.4. Take minutes of sales meetings and type for distribution.5. Maintain files in cabinet, must be kept up-to-date with recent letters, memorandums, and correspondences.6. Send brochures to wholesalers, travel agents and clients upon request.7. Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as necessary.8. Inventory and issuing of slides of property, parking validations,and amenities.9. Perform daily clerical duties to include, but limited to: file, Xerox, fax, mail and email10. Develop/acquire general knowledge of other hotel functionsin order to perform duties, if necessary.11. Assist Director of Sales and/or Sales Manager with special tasks and projects as deemed appropriate and necessary.12. Use Social Media in various ways to invite more clients to come to the hotel. Must be proficient in social media networks and internet sites.
