Served as a federal contractor at the IRS facilities in Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati. Detailed to the Covington Service Center. Responsible for protection of life and property. Investigated crimes committed at Covington/Florence properties and worked directly with Homeland Security and TIGTA.

Served as supervisor over radio room night shift. Co-authored standard operating procedures and field training manual. Responsible for detailed reports of incidents. Prepared and offered feedback during reviews. Assisted in interviewing potential new hires.
