•Safely operate a company step van in designated area to provide products and service to a variety of clients. Verifies daily preventative maintenance of vehicle and maintains proper operator documentation.•Manage daily route independently to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product.Load/unload product per company policies, procedures, and guidelines.•Review invoices daily for complete and accurate information and make corrections as needed.Meet sales goals and promotes overall route growth to enhance profitability.•Develops leads/prospects, calls on prospective customers to solicit business, prepares service agreements, and installs new accounts. Assists the sales organization with the procurement of additional new business.•Understand services, policies, and pricing methods and clearly explains the same to the customer.Monitor customer feedback and handles customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner.•Take responsibility for personal safety and watch out for the safety of others. Use safe precautions, proper tools, and equipment, and adhere to all safe work practices and policies.•Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the activities enumerated above.

Monitors and assists in the daily route sales operations of a branch of plant market, in a manner that results in maximum profitable sales, controlled stales, low turnover, superior customer relations, brand growth, proper accounts receivable record, proper distribution, positive relations with employees and independent distributors, and compliance with company policies/procedures and the distributor’s agreement.

• Merchandiser and new-hire training and development • Conduct work-withs and training for on-going coaching and development. Three days each week in field working side-by-side with direct reports.• Teach / Support / Promote / Maintain the Wonderful Merchandising mission and goals.• Build relationships with retailer produce field operations personnel and supervisors to facilitate account penetration, and to maximize sales and distribution on company products and programs by utilizing established contacts.• Initiate and deliver sales presentations to support business to retailer operations level decision-makers.• Educate/Assist/Inform retail produce operations teams concerning Wonderful brands product issues and marketing objectives and programs• Planning and execution of all special projects in sales region.• New-hire recruiting • Manage/Record/Submit all personnel and territory performance tracking as assigned/required.• Daily and weekly monitoring of sales rep schedule and store visits through proprietary management website and reports.• Manage/Update/Disseminate all assigned territory forms, lists, grids and data/website product Responsible for territory information with regard to product authorizations, schematics, territory and customer assignments and current route schedules.• Analyze performance data and benchmarks to identify, establish, and correct performance standards. • Work with teams to ensure individuals are achieving and meeting performance objectives.• Accessing, reviewing, and disseminating to team weekly/monthly relevant reports including syndicated and proprietary region/territory performance reports.• Responding with plan of action, together with Director/Manager, to address performance inadequacies as identified.

• Responsible for coordinating daily schedule of over 30 employees to ensure proper employee breaks and lunch are taken in a timely manner. • Effectively maintaining proper staff level during busy times at the grocery store• Initiate returns, properly handle customer issues that are escalated by other departments and find appropriate resolution that is satisfactory to the customer while maintaining store protocols• Accurate data entry of products sold/returned to assist the Finance department with completing weekly reports of store profitability

• Verify all deliveries against invoices for accuracy and note any shortages or overages then report them to the appropriate vendor

• Responsible for accurate price changes within the department
