- Directly manage all aspects of the project lifecycle and works with matrix business, corporate and partners to oversee all phases of the project.- Develop and ensure development of project artifacts including charter, integrated plan, resource plan, contingency plan, and related PM artifacts- Ensure that related project processes are completed as required (including, as applicable, change management, process management, transition to business/operations, system development, quality management)- Monitor and control the project. Process recommendations and adjustments to the Accountable Executive and publish periodic project status reports- Build trust in a client facing environment, including proven history of team and consensus building while being influential, tenacious and comfortable liaison making judgements and critical decisions.
