In this role, I am leading the transformation from version 1 to our new and improved version 2 product. For this transformation, we have leveraged insights from the usability study I ran in my previous role with Rhea. I am responsible for all platform content and making it accessible to our users. This includes strategizing, building and managing all content production from conceptualization to a high quality finished product. Advising on UI/UX design, targeting and repositioning of the brand, lead generation and other business development activities. Once v.2 is completed, my efforts will focus more on the business development side where I will build strategic partnerships, build and engage our community, and more.

Responsibilities included in this role included: managing relationships with clinical partners and participants, lead research-related activities and procedures, advise various product development areas related to research, curate and develop educational content for patients and clinics, assist in the areas of marketing, community building, developing plans for future research projects and the interpretation of results.

I am actively working to build network partnerships so we can continue to grow our organization and provide more value to the demographics we serve. In this role I oversee all operations at a high level and work directly with research, education, awareness, events, governance, consulting and community relations. I absolutely love what I do and love connecting with people in the space for the purpose of building a better world for those who are impacted by concussion, mental health or brain injury.

Worked to create and implement a localized strategy related to concussion education and awareness in the city of Peterborough, ON. Managing multiple sub committees, volunteers and projects with community stakeholder groups to implement sustainable improvements in local concussion education. Collaboratively worked to create a new form of concussion education and distribution that reached over 4500 students in one day (in our first year). I am excited to continue to implement the proposed strategy and execute on our other amazing concussion education initiatives.
