Working a 9-5 regime the role was to keep a close eye on the KPI (Key Performance Indicators) to all of the staff working within the warehouse and operation assembly, to confirm that all staff were performing to the standards set. Any missing stock was to be investigated by myself and found within 7 days or the company would pay the price of losing it, which made it a very demanding, but fun job. Keeping a keen eye on the details of the work being produced, as well as the condition of the CD’s and DVD’s being distributed. Such clients we worked for were Universal Pictures, Sony, Warner Bro’s, SKY and many more.

I became Team Leader so I could bring proper training and guiding to the staff. Few months in, the manager was released and I was then put in charge of managing duties due to my knowledge and experience in bar and restaurant work.
