•Responsible for handling Accounts Receivable, including generating invoices for customers and collecting on past due accounts •Assist with Accounts Payable which includes generating checks, maintaining organized files and providing support to Assistant Controller•Perform bank reconciliations for multiple accounts and record general ledger transactions and monthly close entries•Responsible for managing, editing and verifying employee timecards for payroll•Prepare financial reports for upper management detailing metrics on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and projected revenues•Reconciles GL accounts, including fixed assets, depreciation, and asset removal
