Customers are retailers like DSG, Bass Pro, Academy, Ross & TJX; Indy retailers, West Marine, Ron John and tackle shop.-Leads and mentors team by providing guidance and support to drive team performance by Weekly & Monthly TB feedback form for my direct reports and their teams.-Oversee relationships with vendors and 3PL and review KPIs at Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.-Ensure compliance with quality & performance standards, safety regulations and ethical sourcing by created and implemented Marolina’s testing manual with use of factory testing, BV and SGS testing to verify results with 3rd party testing.-Set up 3PL services for new store openings and weekly orders. Expanded from 0-19 retail store locations.-Performed a 3PL RFP, RFP Analysis and successfully moved Marolina’s 3PL. Reduced our 3PL operation expenses by 22% and a 40% reduction in shipping costs.
