Current-Works directly with C-suit and leadership to develop and execute overall business strategies around PD, production and 3PL operations in alignment with company objectives.-Creates and manages the Go to Market Calendar and leads the Weekly Business Review meetings to ensure we are remaining on calendar across multiple seasons (2-3) Simultaneously. -Supervises product life cycle from design hand off to until final product delivery to our Omni Channel customers.-Working with department leads to build and manage their budgets. -Presents at Board Meetings progress of my department. -Maintains Master Data and total inventory levels with the seasonal development of 600-800 styles, production of 3k-4k SKUs per season on a two season per year calendar and managing 6k-8k SKUs at our 3PL.-Ensure the 3PL follows all customer Routing & Shipping Guides. Customers are retailers like DSG, Bass Pro, Academy, Ross & TJX; Indy retailers, West Marine, Ron John and tackle shop.-Leads and mentors team by providing guidance and support to drive team performance by Weekly & Monthly TB feedback form for my direct reports and their teams.-Oversee relationships with vendors and 3PL and review KPIs at Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.-Ensure compliance with quality & performance standards, safety regulations and ethical sourcing by created and implemented Marolina’s testing manual with use of factory testing, BV and SGS testing to verify results with 3rd party testing.-Set up 3PL services for new store openings and weekly orders. Expanded from 0-19 retail store locations.-Performed a 3PL RFP, RFP Analysis and successfully moved Marolina’s 3PL. Reduced our 3PL operation expenses by 22% and a 40% reduction in shipping costs. Reduced order process time, better order quality and reduced the shipping days to customers.-Implemented PLM system for Design, PD and Production.-Restructured the PD team to support full development of fabric, trims, silhouette and fit.
