During my time with the Graduate as a supervisor, I am tasked with the overseeing of my guest service representatives. This includes training them to Graduate standards and on new reservation systems/key systems, enforcing company policies, supporting them physically and mentally thus ensuring a safe and enjoyable workspace, as well as aiding in the scheduling process for the team. In addition to the direct overseeing of my team, I am additionally tasked with ensuring guest experience and satisfaction at our hotel. This includes handling disgruntled guests, finding a solution to their issues that satisfies the guest as well as matches company standards, and finally, bolstering guest loyalty by socializing with guests to show them Graduate cares about them. Finally, this position also requires my quick thinking and fast action in emergency situations wherein I am the manager on duty and must assure guest and employee safety.
