I am the co-writer and vocalist/guitarist of the Chicago rock band The Lifeline.

As a guitar tech at Guitar Center I am responsible for operating the guitar repair business alongside one other technician. We handle both in-coming repairs from clients as well as any in-house instruments that need maintenance or repair. We are directly responsible for the the growth of our business and put a great emphasis on creating lasting repeat clients though high-quality service, experience, technical expertise and knowledge. Although Guitar Center is not focused on skill development on the technical side of our trade, I am a student of my craft and take great pride in learning new and innovative techniques in any way I can. My years of experience in customer service and retail at GC have provided me with the means to grow my business in a way that would be very hard to do from scratch. It is for this reason that we have been consistently trending upward each month in terms of revenue as well as outreach in the community.
