I am the restaurant supervisor and i am also a barman so the best of two jobs in one place. I take pride in my customer service and my hard working ethic.

Stewarding for the whole duration of Banksy's Dismaland exhibition at the Tropicana, Weston Super Mare from the 17th August to the 29th September.Stewarding at Dismaland combined a performance role with a large combination of stewarding responsibilities. Crowd management outside and within the Dismaland park; ensuring the safety of the customers as well as staff. Ensuring issues surrounding online tickets and accessibility and communicating to the production office and security was well communicated and when any serious risks were posed to the staff by the public. I had to ensure the castle ran smoothly and crowd management along with keeping a 'dismal' fashion was kept at top priorities.Within this role I also covered the castle manager during illness. I made sure that the castle was well staffed and that everyone knew there positions. I made sure the wellfare of the other stewards was kept ensuring they were hydrated and had breaks at appropraite times.

My responsibilities were to oversee that finance was done correctly and all the admin work was in order. I was also in charge of making sure advertisement and media was all at a good quality and promoted our shows in order to create revenue.
