I have consulted with various managers and the executive committee and created a suite of dynamic Power BI reports, utilizing SQL data warehouses, that are relevant and provided up to the minute business intelligence that directly relates to KPIs and the vital operational functions, including KPIs, repairs and arrears and tenant satisfaction- System aligning and automation of Welsh Government Statistical returns- Data collection and KPI measuring tools for the government social prescription pilot scheme ‘Healthy & Active’

- Production of monthly BI and performance reporting for the Sales Division- Creating of bespoke reporting for the Sales Division. This may involve working with a single department to create one report or liaising with multiple stakeholders in a project management capacity to create an entire data warehouse and suite of reporting- Improving existing reporting and BI to increase accuracy and efficiency of data- Providing in-depth analytics and recommendations based upon BI, as well as competitor and industry analysis- The role involves liaising with a range of stakeholders, up to and including executive level, but our day to day work sees us work most closely with account and regional sales managers. • Primary role involved dealing with queries and liaising with the FOS and other departments within Lloyds to discuss individual cases and ensure a fair outcome is reached for the customer.• I carried out an end to end holistic review process of escalated PPI complaint cases that require further mediation. • Target driven position with quality scores of 95% or above maintained since commencement.• Large part of the role was managing both personal targets and overall team workflow to ensure commitments remain with SLAs.• Additional personal responsibilities include compiling feedback and figures for senior management & reconciling raw MI data and ensuring said information is accurate.• When required I also took on team leader responsibilities, including daily figure updates & target planning and conducting appraisals with staff where applicable.Key ProjectsProcess maps – I was responsible for creating and refining the process maps for the entire commercial PPI FOS process.Remediation projects - I was heavily involved in the planning and execution of a number of projects designed to both remove the backlog of open cases and streamline the existing FOS process within the Lloyds commercial PPI team. These projects saw me liaise with and travel to a number of Lloyds offices, including Moorgate, Andover and Chester.Training – I was responsible for training all new starters onto the FOS team for the past two years.
