During my youth, I have held positions in a wide-range of fields; from retail to construction to the food service industry to manufacturing, I have done a bit of this and that. My most recent job opportunity has been working for a manufacturing company. I was hired as the Assistant to the Director of Sales and Marketing; I quickly established my ability to handle the tasks that were typically assigned to this role and within a year, the management, decided to give me more responsibility. I maintained the duties of the Assistant to Director of Sales and Marketing while also fullfiling duties of Shipping Manager. In April of 2015 my time with Clemco-Elite ended. It was time for a new challenge and thus my family and I moved to the land of Houston, Texas. This was my hometown so in many aspects there was much comfort to be found, but in regard to employment I decided to take on a new role. In November of 2015 I opened up the doors to my Farmers Insurance Agency as owner and operator. In this endeveour I was able to see the melting pot of past jobs form a strong base that will allow me to succeed. But my greatest asset will be the core truth that I have held from the beginning and that is to treat people well, with respect, kindness, and honesty. And in this role as with every other I have ever had, I desire to constantly strive for excellence through diligence and a constant desire to improve. My future goals are to reach a level where I have the opportunity to train and lead others towards excellence. I hope to expand my agency in a way that will allow for more customers to be well taken care of while also providing an enviroment for professional growth for all my employees.
