-Oversee daily Operations of the service department /Establish work standards / Manage Technicians and work being performed / Generate quotes for specific jobs for each individual customers; Performance, General repair, Accessories and a variety of specific requests from customers / Develop marketing ideas to generate customer traffic / Coordinate Logistics / Oversee warranty claims / Set and obtain revenue goals for the department / Develop procedures to streamline the service process / Develop training for Service staff to produce more sales at service write up / Maintain a high level of produce knowledge to assist staff and educate customers / Work with each department to ensure the needs of the customers are met / Lead staff and promote high morale • Assist Supply Innovation team with project tasks to improve communication and efficiencies between departments and markets• Lead and take of management responsibility relating to hiring, performance management and overall people management with assigned Service Technicians.
