I am a junior at Miami University's Farmer School of Business, pursuing a degree in Accountancy and currently on track to be CPA-eligible by May 2026. I am seeking internship opportunities in the greater Chicago area to gain practical experience in tax accounting and financial strategy.Throughout my coursework at Miami, I have built a solid foundation in financial analysis, financial modeling, auditing, and tax preparation. My studies have also helped me develop proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Python, SQL, PowerPoint, and Word. Beyond academics, I have honed my leadership skills through various roles on campus. As the Co-Founder of the Miami University Professional Networking Club, I created a platform for students to connect with industry professionals and explore career opportunities. Additionally, my time as an executive member of Chabad and Recruitment Chair for Sigma Alpha Mu has enhanced my ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage projects effectively.Currently, I am interning at CTM CPA and Business Advisors, where I am directly involved in the creation and maintenance of financial ledgers and the optimization of accounting processes. My role has provided extensive experience with tools such as Excel, QuickBooks, and Accounting CS, enhancing my capabilities in managing complex financial data and streamlining accounting workflows. I have contributed to preparing accurate financial statements, reconciling accounts, and assisting with tax preparation, further strengthening my technical expertise and analytical skills—both essential for sound financial analysis and strategic decision-making.Outside of my professional and academic pursuits, I enjoy playing golf, weightlifting, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
