Processed machines from auctions, buyouts, trade-ins to to maximize resale value.Work performed on a per customer basis that would include anything from complete rebuilds to custom retrofits.Complete analysis of said machine conditions, defining parts and labor cost and requirements.Order parts from distributors, and repair machines, including paint and cosmetics.Scope of work:Rigging and operation of overhead crane and or fork lift.Using high voltage power to run equipment Use electrical hand tools to diagnose and troubleshoot.Become familiar with HMIs, VFDs, PLCs and other controls, along with related blueprints/manuals to operate machine.Repair/replace as needed electrical components.(drives, contactors, PLCs, motors, overloads, counters, timers, digital readouts, encoders, etc.)Test hydraulic and pneumatic components (pumps, motors, cylinders, solenoid operated valves)Test mechanical components (brakes, clutches, drives, bearings, pulleys, etc.)
