He has worked in the banking, real estate development and financial services industries since 1998, and he opened his own independent firm in 2008.Ryan and his wife Jenny have been married since 1996 and have four children. The six of them enjoy spending time together as a family, riding ATVs at their cabin, and supporting each other in church and community events.
