•Coordinate and manage all reservations for sports facilities, including courts, fields, meeting rooms and school facilities ensuring optimal utilization and scheduling.•Report to the Centre manager about scheduling and areas of improvement.•Maintain and update the booking system, ensuring accurate records and efficient processing of reservations.•Work closely with coaching staff, event organizers, and facility maintenance teams to coordinate schedules and prepare for upcoming events.•Analyse booking trends and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and maximize facility use.•Coordinate classes and allocate instructors for weekly timetabled sessions.•Continue to Manage the facility on a day to day basis

•Leading a team to deliver successful day-to-day activities within the centre.•Working as part of a management team, relaying information, organising staff and informing individuals of changes•Ensure that each area for use in accordance with planned activity programme and all areas are maintained to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, security and operational effectiveness.•Drive to improve customer experience whilst supporting members of staff with customers’ support and assistance.•Operating a plant room, chemical dosing, pool testing and making sure the site is safe for consumer activity.•Ensure ongoing compliance with policies and procedures.•Cash reconciliation including daily takings of card and cash and investigating. •Resolving customer issues and complaints as a point of escalation for customers.•Making sure that the site is secure, including locking off areas at end of night and being the first one in to unlock and check areas are safe for customers to use.

•Provide supervision for adult and child swimming sessions.•Working as a part of a team to provide the best use of the facility.•Contribute to ongoing first aid and pool rescue training. •Implement and enforce new safety regulations for poolside use.•Support more vulnerable customers in using the pool area safely.•Train up new members of staff with current policies, practises and first aid.
