I identify Universities that our organization would like to expand to and begin a new Chapter upon approval. I also work with the University and Student Body to recruit new men for our Chapter at each new school. I am tasked with training the new men on all aspects of Fraternity life (Risk, Finance, Leadership, Fundraising, Recruitment, etc.). I develop new and innovative programming to ensure the success of our men while in school and after graduation. I oversee Fraternity public relations, marketing, and social media sites. My responsibilities also include the solicitation of donations from Alumni and coordination of donor events. I also develop and coordinate philanthropic events and fundraising related to our National Philanthropy (MPS Society).
