Progressed to a Subject Matter Expert (SME) role within the firm as a result of the extensive knowledge and application of AML policy (customer and enhanced due diligence) and regulations.Moved to the firm’s Compliance team which has resulted in being directly involved with influencing the firm’s internal KYC/AML policy and working closely with the KYC analysts and review team. Urgent deadlines to prevent the stalling of client work is common and the research and knowledge that I have provided in this role have prevented any delays.
