NSA-Georgia Senior Manager at a Group level. Oversees four office-level organization teams that are comprised of 21 mission sets with a workforce of over 750 military, civilian, and contractor personnel. Coordinates with seven local military units to fill manpower vacancies and liaises with leaders at five other NSA sites to bolster training, placement, and talent management to solve emerging and complex National Defense and Security Strategy priority problem sets. Directly advises site leadership on equipping, training, and utilizing the workforce to accomplish higher agency priorities.

Direct advisor to the senior leadership team on operations manning, training, and resource allocations for mission execution. Liaised with National Security Agency-Georgia Senior leaders on the allocation of manpower to align needs, resources, and talent to support 32 tactical and national missions in support of global operations to achieve full spectrum awareness and global dominance.

Managed NATO headquarters intelligence efforts in support of real-world contingencies and exercises. Established and enforced alliance intelligence policies for Allied Command Operations and non-NATO partners. Advised and mentored executive leadership on more comprehensive signals intelligence trends affecting the organization for practical Command priority refinement and to progress analytical processes and Allied agility.

Directed over 200 personnel executing $497M national signals intelligence support missions against worldwide priorities. Provided government oversight on 15 contracts, $50M, and 80 personnel. Liaised with program leads on the efficiency status of contract personnel. Gave feedback to government contracting representatives used for future government contract negotiations.

Held various intelligence community positions across the United States and overseas managing small teams to accomplish organizational goals.
