For the past 5 years I have been working full-time in Nando’s, gaining experience in vast areas of working within a team. Growing my skill set is a massive goal for me and gaining great experience and knowledge to help get me into the career I want in the future once I finish university. I currently study business and finance learning about data analysis, accountancy, marketing and Human Resources. This course along with my experience in a management role in my current work has helped me develop a greater understanding of working in a business setting and think more towards the goal of the company and pushing the team I am working with towards this.
