Registrar:-Process a variety of forms to ensure registration, scheduling, graduation, grading, and most other systems/events work correctly.-Supply historical and institutional knowledge so as to better understand curricular matters and enrollment services for the College.Special Advisor:-Provide counsel to the Deans and other persons/committees on how to smoothly run the College and its curriculum, policies, and schedules.-Advise at-risk and in-crisis students with all manner of sensitive issues regarding not just academics but personal and psychological issues.General Duties:-Defend policy and uphold rulings by using historical and institutional knowledge-Advise students on requirements and policies-Oversight of academic portion of graduation (including dispersal of diplomas, certification of degrees, etc.)-Act as liaison between the College and other schools and departments at the UniversityTitle IX Coordinator:-Hear reports from students, staff, and faculty related to Title IX violations, as well as complaints about hostile/toxic work environments-Work to provide more comfortable learning/working environments for all COM students, staff, and faculty

-Advise at-risk and in-crisis students-Act as point-person through transitional period of major University policy and philosophy shifts, including new bulletin, curriculum, and advising models-Defend policy and uphold rulings by using historical and institutional knowledge-Act as College Registrar in an unofficial capacity-Advise students on requirements and policies-Process paperwork for students from Orientation to Graduation (declarations of majors/minors, study abroad approval, transfer credit approval and transcripts, etc.)-Oversight of academic portion of graduation (including dispersal of diplomas, certification of degrees, etc.)-Act as liaison between the College and other schools and departments at the University-Assist in processing and notification for 250-300 graduate school applications per cycle

-Manage a staff of four employees and roughly 5-8 work-study students at a time-Defend policy and uphold rulings by using historical and institutional knowledge-Act as College Registrar in an unofficial capacity-Advise students on requirements and policies-Process paperwork for students from Orientation to Graduation (declarations of majors/minors, study abroad approval, transfer credit approval and transcripts, etc.)-Oversight of academic portion of graduation (including dispersal of diplomas, certification of degrees, etc.)-Act as liaison between the College and other schools and departments at the University-Assist in processing and notification for 250-300 graduate school applications per cycle
