I am a Workplace Health Physiotherapist and General Manager at Employ Health. I am incredibly proud to lead a team who share the vision of making every workplace in Australia a hub for health change. There is no better place to transform the health of our society than through the workplace. After starting my physiotherapy career in private practise and working with sporting teams, I transferred those skills to the occupational health field in 2010. Since then, I has been passionate about helping businesses make the shift to preventive health risk management, similar to the shift that occurred in elite sport with the emergence of professionalism. I have designed and delivered proactive health risk management programs in a range of industries and I'm proud to have helped businesses invest in their workforce in ways that improve the bottom line.I have been an Australian Physiotherapy Association Occupational Health Physiotherapy Group (QLD chapter) committee member and am passionate about advancing the role of physiotherapists in improving workplace health and productivity.
