• First Class Integrated Masters Degree in Forensic Science. • First Class Dissertation - Review of the use on Scanning Electron Microscopy and Forensics and the Future. Involved extensive literature analysis and communication with industry to identify how processes were changing. • First Class in masters project exploring if serial numbers could be recovered after obliteration, if they were laser printed instead of stamped. Required communication with industry to source materials and to get them laser printed, and was able to get materials also stamped via London Proof house. During this project I was able to lead the practical side of the investigation by being guided by existing literature which obtained strong results.• Led a small team to deliver COVID tests in absence of manager. Delegated tasks, promoted good teamwork, resolved customer concerns, and used strong attention to detail to conduct stock audits. Work was recognised repeatedly by manager who helped get me in contact with my current position. • Suggested changes to help modernise systems following the identification of issues. Utilised my knowledge and influencing skills to achieve agreement for implementation. As a result it is far easier for manger to implement shifts and to move people around as there is much clearer communication between management and work force.
