Alongside managing multiple projects on a weekly basis, I owned the review and approval of estimates from lath, plaster, and fireproofing estimators.Recognized as an expert in pre-construction, I built a reputation for delivering nearly flawless estimates, establishing myself as a valuable asset during schematic and design phases of projects.
