Estimated large-scale ground-up projects, typically exceeding $2M, while playing a crucial leadership role in driving revenue growth and expansion. Alongside managing multiple projects on a weekly basis, I owned the review and approval of estimates from lath, plaster, and fireproofing estimators.Recognized as an expert in pre-construction, I built a reputation for delivering nearly flawless estimates, establishing myself as a valuable asset during schematic and design phases of projects. My ability to think strategically and outside the box, coupled with my commitment to surpassing client expectations, has been the foundation of my success.My achievements led to a promotion to VP of Business Strategy. In this capacity, I forged enduring relationships with major commercial construction contractors in the Bay Area, including Webcor Builders, SC Builders, XL Construction, W.L. Butler, and NOVO Construction. Merced. Participating in a design competition, I collaborated with Webcor Builders to create a design that met the architect and client's aesthetic vision, while considering cost constraints and ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and regulations. Over a three-year period, we successfully completed the construction of 13 buildings as part of this remarkable project.► Oversaw the estimating effort for a $19M ground-up project for the Cal Poly Residential Community, focused on higher education student housing.► Led estimating efforts for multiple large-scale bio-pharmaceutical pilot labs and lab spaces, and corporate campuses (included Google & Apple).► Contributed to the estimation and successful execution of 1400 Mission, a 204k-square-foot, 190-unit, 15-floor affordable housing development with mixed-use elements.

Successfully planned and managed estimating activities for framing, drywall, and plaster across a diverse range of construction projects. This involved thoroughly reviewing project plans, requirements, and specifications to accurately determine the costs associated with labor, materials, and construction equipment.A pivotal moment in my career was winning the bid for the historical restoration of the U.C. Berkeley Memorial Stadium. This project encompassed a comprehensive scope, including design/build exterior framing, lath, exterior plaster, as well as interior drywall and framing. The experience of successfully delivering this restoration project has helped to shape my professional journey.I have also contributed to several notable projects, including:► Millennium Tower, San Francisco: An 11-story midrise condominium complex, where my responsibilities encompassed high-production interior drywall and framing, as well as lath and exterior plaster.► San Francisco Firehouse #01: A privately funded firehouse project that involved load-bearing framing, lath, exterior plaster, and interior drywall and framing.► Multiple Target stores across the Bay Area: I played a key role in these projects, overseeing the execution of tasks such as exterior framing, lath and plaster, and the installation of the exterior insulation finishing system (EIFS). Additionally, I participated in various remodeling projects for Target stores in the region.These experiences further enhanced my expertise in estimating and project management within the construction industry.
