Armed with an NVQ in Hospitality Administration/Management from West Herts College, I have recently embarked on a journey as Deputy Manager at Nine Elms Tavern. My core competencies lie in team management and bookings management, pivotal skills in shaping outstanding customer experiences and driving sales.Since September 2024, our team has focused on attracting both new and returning customers for the Christmas season.
