The majority of my career was at GE Healthcare where I started as a Field Engineer and over the course of nearly 12 years worked my way up to a manager in the Diagnostic Cardiology (DCAR) business where I owned the installation process for all DCAR equipment across the United States. During my time at GE I developed a process to remotely install a software product saving over $1,000,000 in labor each year. Worked closely with the life cycle leaders to ensure new products were serviceable and met requirements for remote management. Owned the installation process and service escalation process for the entire diagnostic cardiology business nationwide.
