★ Consults with Regional Vice Presidents and Directors on risk mitigation, building leader capability, and serious incident response to ensure increased revenue, limit risk, and inform strategies related to asset protection and employee safety.★ Develop Strategic risk mitigation plans that are cross functional in nature, identify root causes, includes key stake holders, and identify mitigation actions that result in reduced risk and improved employee and customer experiences.★ Mentor Regional Directors, District Managers, Store Managers, and support partners in employee & asset protection by providing feedback and coaching to influence decisions and positively impact the organization.★ Oversee a portfolio of approximately 600-800 retail locations.★ Manage security incident response for assigned store portfolio, including serious incidents such as, but not limited to, burglaries, robberies, assaults, etc.★ Provide investigative support for large scale cash losses such as deposit thefts or sophisticated cash theft schemes. ★ Prioritize and communicate incident and brand risk to key stake holders in the company.★ Liaison with local government and law enforcement to foster partnerships that help drive the business forward.
