My name is Ryan Toy and I am from Grafton, Massachusetts. I attend Nichols College and am a Senior expected to graduate in 2023. Through my past four internships/jobs, I have gained many skills. I gained leadership, group dynamic, and communication skills from my certified instructor position at Villari's martial arts. There I led and taught martial arts to students of all ages, as well as handled client and potential client needs.In my second job opportunity, I was a global tax intern at Hasbro Inc. There, I spent most of my time in Microsoft Excel and improved my skills in that program immensely. I also gathered and provided research to my fellow team members as well as completed inventory projects and pricing projects. Working fully remote in this position was a challenge, but due to my adaptability skills, I was able to take this challenge head on and improve my technological skills as well as my electronic communication skills.In my third job opportunity, I worked as a Tax Intern for Greenberg, Rosenblatt, Kull, & Bitsoli. In this position, I worked and improved my skills on corporate and individual tax returns. As well as improved my skills in the software systems QuickBooks and ProSystem FX.In my current position, I work at AAFCPA as an Audit Intern. I have been working a lot in Excel and ProSystems Engagement and have been sharpening my skills in both programs. I also have gained some hands on client experience in this amazing internship opportunity.
