I previously project managed a newly established Statistics and Data Analysis team at Darktrace. I actively developed the key processes, workflows and methodologies to ensure that the team could produce statistics and insights to be used in external marketing content. Liaising with other parts of the business was also a key part of the job. I regularly collaborated with the marketing and PR departments to understand how my team’s output might best meet their desires and expectations. Although it was a relatively small team, we did have a regular rotation of colleagues who collaborate with the team. I was responsible for delegating, overseeing and reviewing the tasks they complete, alongside helping with their development within the Statistical and Data Analysis team.

I played a key role in a team focussed on performing threat research in the cyber security landscape and producing technical content, such as proof of value reports, threat notes, articles, blogs and other curated content. I have managed several cross-department projects, working with the sales and marketing teams on a number of occasions to produce research reports, internal training documentation and other technical content.I also regularly carried out technical analysis of customer networks, identifying and triaging potential cyber threats before preparing threat intelligence reports for external clients. These reports detail ongoing compromises, provide retrospective analysis of security incidents and are enriched with professional analysis using OSINT sources alongside the Darktrace suit of products.As the only Spanish speaker in the UK team, I also take the lead on the majority of the Spanish translation projects. In the past this has involved translating highly technical content from English into Spanish (and vice versa) to be used for customers in the growing Spanish and Latin American markets.
