As a Global Strategic Advisor, I serve in roles including Advisor, Entrepreneur-in-Residence, & Chair, tailoring my contributions to ensure meaningful outcomes for all stakeholders.I currently serve as Executive Chairman of CG Spectrum—a global leader in digital arts education—and Executive Director of Fortress, the largest gaming and esports venues in the Southern Hemisphere. Through these roles, I collaborate with governments and institutions to deliver innovative solutions that align with the demands of rapidly evolving industries.Entrepreneurial MilestonesMy entrepreneurial journey began in 1997 when, at just 24, I launched my first start-up, pioneering outsourced loss prevention services in retail security across Australia. This venture scaled rapidly, becoming one of the country’s largest retail security firms before being acquired by Wilson Parking.In 2007, I founded Australia’s largest private VET Workplace Education provider, addressing workforce skill shortages & training tens of thousands annually. This venture’s success led to its acquisition by Kaplan, a subsidiary of the Washington Post, in 2011. My work during this time earned me the Ernst & Young 'Entrepreneur of the Year' award for the Southern Region in 2010, and I later served as the national chairman for the awards.In 2018, I co-founded Adventus.io, a SaaS-based marketplace that reimagines how students & universities connect. Adventus.io now partners with over 1,800 educational institutions worldwide, streamlining access to education for students & creating a global impact.Authentic Dialogue for Global ImpactIn 2022, I launched Trainable by RT, a podcast featuring radically honest conversations with experts, leaders, and change-makers.
