I have served in the Michigan Army National Guard for 9 years in the field of Satellite Communications and Information Systems, having deployed twice to high tempo environments and maintaining a network up-time of 98%. My current position is Tier II Techncian and Security Analyst for Providence Consulting, providing software and advanced technical support for all of our clients as an MSP and conducting incident response, management and reports for all cyber crime related incidents for our clients. Ive worked as the Information Systems Administrator for a GM Supplier and providing a wide range of services such as Help Desk (Hardware & Software Support), Network Management, Website Management, Phishing Prevention and Awareness, and Backing up of all critical company data. Some of the services I use are MS365, MAS90, Panasonic PBX software for digital and VOIP phones, as well as Synology NAS and Disk Station.
