CurrentAsset Management of Industrial Development Joint Ventures, Industrial and Office assets across the USA- Responsible for the leasing, hold/sell, and disposition strategies. Current AUM consists of 28 buildings in 13 investments. - Work with JV operator partners in 9 major industrial markets to build ground up, new construction warehouse buildings. - Manage the majority equity positions of our pension fund clients in this their industrial “build to core” program. - Oversee development process of individual buildings; monitor and approve construction draws, schedule, and project costs- Conduct valuations and budgeting for all assets on a recurring basis. - Manage and oversee the leasing efforts of the portfolio; maintain market knowledge and personal interaction with brokers and JV partners in each market.
