Designed and developed a board recruitment strategy; analyzed and revised board by-laws, delivered presentations to community agencies and provincial funding body, designed and developed a new data management system, coordinated a team of volunteers, advised and amended employment contracts, implemented a new purchasing strategy to reduce the budget, planned and facilitated new community partnerships, developed and designed new marketing tools for the agency, managed client relations for a new social purpose enterprise, liaised with a variety of stakeholders

Ensured all medical health research at the University and Hospital (NHS Trust) were compliant with the research governance standards published by the Department of Health. Also, facilitated research projects through the complex research and development approval process. I preformed formal risk assessment on behalf of the University and Hospital, and represented the University in negotiating the terms and conditions of clinical trial contracts.One of my biggest accomplishments at St. George's was to develop an application tracking system which allowed us to update doctors efficiently on the status of their research studies. This also allowed for more accurate and detailed reporting on the demand and progress of applications, which ultimately led to more funding. I was also a part of an extensive and thorough review process of the department and its standard operating procedures which was completely redesigned in 2007.
