I had been given the role of Regional Sales Manager for the Sony Bravia Vision Account.• I Managed 65 demonstrators across 11 different locations. • I had to monitor, challenge and motivate a team to perform and exceed Sony expectations.• I took ownership of recruitment, holiday and sickness reports, sales data, sales reports and training and development needs.• The team was in need of direction and leadership having not had a Regional Sales Manager. The team was re shaped with each member of team knowing what was expected from the role.• The staff Churn reduced dramatically during the time which contributed to a great working environment.• The team was performing consistently and even peaked at a 2nd position out of 16 other Regions in November 2010.
