The Fitness Well is a popular national and international online fitness business that provides a variety of workouts.We have:- Active Life: workouts to suit all people's fitness goals- Golf & Tennis specific workouts: professionally designed programs to maximise performance.- Injury Prevention: programs to help people avoid injury, and be fit and healthy.Customers sign up and are guided through professionally designed programs with pictures and clips to enhance their performance. Passionate about health, fitness, and sport, with a history of training top athletes, I identified a gap in the market for training programs that would suit all ages and levels. Leveraging prior experience as a business owner and skills learned through MBA electives in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, I conducted a detailed business plan and strategy, constructed the business model, and participated in all facets of business development.Achievements• Established business relationships with the national golf retail business in Perth, Drummond Golf.• Developed a business relationship with Perth Golf Network (WA’s biggest social golf club and completed an email campaign to its members.)• Built a business relationship with pro tennis player Matt Ebden plus numerous WA tennis coaches to promote the website through their social media channels and members.

In 2011, I bought this struggling Financial Service that catered to mid-level Australians and high net worth individuals from a range of occupations. I won a national award in the first two years, transformed the business model and sold the business in 2020 for quadruple its purchase price. The success of this business hinged on extensive marketing campaigns to build my client base and building business relationships to get referrals.
