Engage with enterprise function leads to strategically prioritize automation use cases, aligning with the region's overarching objectives. Monitor and manage the automation pipeline, providing actionable insights and updates to regional functional leaders on the progress and status of enterprise function automations. Facilitate seamless communication between regional stakeholders and the automation pod, ensuring updates on qualification, development, testing, and implementation phases are clearly disseminated. Champion the adoption and evangelization of automation and citizen development initiatives within the region, showcasing the value and impact of these technologies in enhancing operational efficiencies. Work with stakeholders and business platforms owners to identify optimal use of existing software functionalities & appropriately route use cases to Business Process Optimization + Native Software Capabilities/Global Sourcing/Automation Solutions Ensures that automation solutions meet business requirements and efficiently track general and solution specific KPIs Evangelizes automation case studies and highlights top solutions across the enterprise/automation connective Reviews industry technology providers and provides perspectives on vendor/technology suitability for COE partner portfolio

Adjusts design accordingly.- Ensures that automation solutions meet business requirements and efficiently track general and solution specific KPIs- Evangelizes automation case studies and highlights top solutions across the enterprise/automation connective- Reviews industry technology providers and provides perspectives on vendor/technology suitability for COE partner portfolio

• Generate detailed documentation to confirm current processes• Document future-state process improvement requirements• Create comprehensive documentation (i.e., BRD/PDD/SDD, process map etc.)• Engage SMEs, business partners and stakeholders to understand the current process,true business needs and requirements and document in details the following: o Problem statements o Process flows o Gap analysis o Future state solution recommendations• Evaluate operational benefits of automation and convey benefits and gains to business leaders• Foster and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and business users• Work within RPA Solution Architect and developers to design, develop, configure, testand launch process automations• Lead discovery sessions, design reviews, walk-throughs, and training with stakeholders• Demonstrate an organized and detail-oriented mindset in all work activities

• Lead projects and operational transformation efforts to improve business processes• Manage customer relationship to ensure projects meet their needs, expectations, and timeline • Lead SharePoint developer of several cross functional, process improvement initiatives • Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to create and implement real-world business solutions• Work proactively to understand contingencies and roadblocks and mitigate them effectively • Create standard, strategic approach for team engagement with stakeholders for RPA opportunities • Provide departmental leadership, onboarding, coaching, and mentoring of team members• Champion Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with sponsors and subject matter experts to refine opportunities, evaluate fit potential, and coach on RPA capabilities relating to their department

•Supports business process owners in identifying automation process candidates and gathers information and maps the processes•Coordinates information flow between the streams and the RPA development team•Supports the stream leaders in prioritizing the processes (potential RPA candidates)•Documents business processes to the granular level of detail and acceptance criteria required for a RPA automation program•Creates, or helps the process owner to create user acceptance test (UAT) documents, identifying all the process scenarios and their expected outcomes•Works closely with the RPA technical team to understand and assist with the creation of the solution design, ensuring they deliver a solution that meets the business requirements•Understands the risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the process•Acts as a central point of knowledge and control for business processes, communicating with developers, subject matter experts (SMEs) and the business process owners to answer any queries that arise during the development and testing

• Manage transportation events to ensure manufacturing and customer satisfaction• Enhance carrier utilization while maintaining business unit requirements for service and on-time deliveries• Develop and coordinate the tactical transportation plans for multiple manufacturing facilities• Proactively develop, recommend and implement cost savings and/or service improvement programs in support of the transportation strategy develop by corporate logistics and transportation• Develop transportation and distribution budgets through analysis of the organization's sales forecast and logistics costs. • Provide strategic and economic analysis to the transportation negotiation function• Communicate with transportation providers to ensure event reporting is accurate and timely

• Gather information requirements and work with the business to define standards and rules to ensure master data is compliant with defined information, policies and quality requirements within the assigned area• Enter data on a daily basis into SAP and GDSN on an as needed basis. • Maintain, monitor, and verify the accuracy of factory & commercial level data in the applicable systems.• Generate master data reporting such as key metrics, project trackers, and dashboards.• Ensure the data quality across applications and initiate the appropriate corrective actions or applicable escalation help chains to enable success.

Assists in all aspects of logistics departement at KDL. Duties include, but are not limited to:• Generate tracking reports and track LTL shipments for delivery confirmation;• Proactively resolve shipping-related discrepancies• Carrier liability scanning/verification & brokerage • Work collaboratively with external customers and KDL team members.
