As a Bicycle Technician and Rental Clerk, I played a key role in managing operations at our bike rental company. I efficiently handled the movement of 150-300 bikes weekly between our shop and curbside location, starting my day at 6 AM to prepare rentals for delivery by 8 AM.At the curbside location, I was responsible for opening and closing the site, processing rental transactions using the FareHarbor app, and ensuring the security of cash, bikes, and equipment. I maintained a fleet of 200 bikes, performing regular maintenance and addressing customer complaints and issues promptly.Given that many guests were visiting the island, I provided maps, directions, and local recommendations to enhance their experience. Additionally, I supported various operational needs, including delivering bikes in the absence of colleagues, assembling new bikes as we scaled the business, inspecting and servicing purchased bikes, and assisting with shop expansions, such as drywall installation.

At Adjustable Ring System, founded by my father in 2016, I began my journey as a Jeweler's Apprentice, helping to launch the business with no prior experience. Over my time there, I developed the skills to create simple silver bands from scratch, which involved crafting, polishing, and finishing each piece.Once completed, I assembled my father's patented Adjustable Ring System (ARS), a custom ring expansion device, and integrated it into the bands before performing a final polish and fitting them with cubic zirconia gemstones. I successfully produced approximately 125 silver bands equipped with the ARS, all of which underwent rigorous quality assurance checks.In total, we manufactured 250 rings for a demo package sent to around 200 jewelry stores under the Signet parent company, showcasing our innovative designs. After completing this project, I transitioned to pursue other interests but continued to support the company as needed, demonstrating my commitment to our family business.
