While I currently reside in the lower mainland, I hope to move to the Okanagan. Not only am I a dedicated parent, but I am also an open-minded team leader with a commitment to high standards and solid product development. I have completed both a Bachelor of Science [Computer Science] at Simon Fraser University and a Diploma in Computer Systems Technologies at BCIT.I make it my priority to thoroughly understand the client while taking ownership to ensure they get what they need; even if it means re-evaluating my team’s current progress. I have spent over a decade working in software engineering, development, system analyst, and DBA roles. I have also worked on various environment-specific projects, such as online application systems, and both SQL and Oracle database applications. I am currently employed as a Software Developer at SFU, where I not only write applications, but also assist with the implementation of Enterprise projects, manage multiple virtual/hosted servers, and provide Tier 3 IT support.
