Responsible for managing all aspects of our Profit Center to assure we are servicing our customers at the highest level. Oversee operational aspects of the business including; distribution, operations, customer service, human resources, vendor relations, administration and sales. Collectively as a team, we are continually working to grow our business while at the same time maintaining a high level of customer service and employee satisfaction.

Responsible for generating new sales opportunities, as well as maintaining, managing and growing current accounts. Respond to customer order and quotation requests; consult with venders to obtain new product development information and pricing agreements. Partake in day-to-day activities to assure our customers are receiving the highest quality service we can provide.I am currently enrolled in the Management and Sales Trainee programs. I am actively participating in CED and Vendor training programs, completing Electrical Products Education Course (EPEC), and taking on new tasks to fulfill these training programs.

Work through multiple service channels to consistently provide a high level of customer service. I help to navigate customers to solutions that help them get the job done and drive sales growth by engaging in actions that identify leads for further selling opportunities with every customer
