w. Ryan Van Alstyne has over twenty (20) years of experience directing, assessing and monitoring community based programs/projects in the City of Rochester, New York. Naturally, he has fostered many close relationships with key stakeholders in the community. Mr. Van Alstyne has exceptional experience providing monitoring, assessments and compliance over M/W/D/SBE construction and community projects. He regularly assists with the drafting of Project Labor Agreements, EEO participation and minority participation on construction projects. He has also worked closely with Apprenticeship Manufacturing programs , to assist with set up, organization and implementation of the PLA & Diversity Plan for Workforce and Business participation with the RSMP in accordance with Article 15-A and the contract document.Mr. Van Alstyne has earned several relevant certifications from the National Center for Housing Management, while serving as an Executive Director of a Charitable Housing Development organization. These certifications include: Certified Tax Credit Specialist; Certified Manager of Maintenance; Certified Manager of Housing; Certified Voucher Specialist; and Certified Financial Specialist. Over his vast career, Mr. Van Alstyne has worked diligently to design and facilitate many vocational pre-apprentice training programs, for various economic opportunities and has worked to eliminate barriers to T. Most notably, Mr. Van Alstyne served as a Senior Compliance Officer on the Rochester School Modernization Program (“RSMP”) 1A construction project in 2012.
