Currently the lead corporate used car buyer for LaFontaine Automotive Group. I'm proud to say that we are one of the largest and fastest growing dealers in the US. I have been with them since December of 2016. In July of 2016, I started my own business called Integrity Auto Exchange LLC. My main focus was to help supply dealers with inventory that helps people with credit challenges get affordable used cars and still allow the dealership to be profitable on the front end. In 2001 I began my career in the automotive industry. Most of my experience over the years has been in managing used cars and subprime financing. I also have a lot of skill in body shop estimates and reconditioning. One of the biggest challenges and problem I've noticed recently in today's society for some of our younger generation is trying to find affordable transportation. With the cost of college tuition, many of them have large student loan debt, sub-par credit, and lower income entry level jobs. The biggest challenge for both the dealer and these types of customers is finding the right vehicle to match up with limited number of banks that are willing to give them affordable options. I have become a highly skilled user in vauto and stockwave over the years. Turn is very important in the dealer wold.
