A proven track record of success and expertise as a skilled Director, Senior Executive and Chief Financial Officer with over 20 years of major corporation experience. Areas of significant management focus have included Retail Distribution, Transportation Logistics, Energy, Consumer Products and Commercial Banking. As a Senior Executive I developed and implemented strategies and growth initiatives that resulted in a 60% increase in annual EBITDA over a 10 year period increasing the enterprise value of Ferrellgas Partners (NYSE: FGP) to over $3 billion. This growth required substantial capital demands for which I directed 35 capital market transactions, both in the private and public debt and equity markets raising more than $5 billion.With a passion for growth, I have directly overseen all aspects of more than 50 business acquisitions, both of public and private entities including the integration of these operations as applicable. Further, I strategically led Ferrellgas Partners’ efforts to diversify its business operations and subsequently served as President of these operations.As a Director, a Senior Executive and or as Corporate Secretary I have actively contributed in more than 250 Board of Director and Board Committee meetings. I have further served as the Chair of numerous management committees including the 401(k), ESOP, Risk Management, IT Steering and Health and Wellness Committees as well as served as Plan Administrator to a 401(k) and ESOP Plan. I further serve as a Director of several industry and charitable organizations for which I have a passion.
