Design POP material for retail clients such as The Home Depot, Lowes, and Costco. Design and develop in-house marketing material such as flyers, brochures, web banners, social media graphics, printed banners. Coordinate and direct massive playset product photoshoot with child models. Establish product list, designate specific angles to photograph, move models through unique “product stations.” After photography, edit, clip, color correct, and compose images that will be displayed on our retail partners’ web page as well as our own product brochures.

Collaborate with marketing department on strategies for monthly sales and specials. Create entire campaign based on seasonal needs. Responsibilities include developing a unique monthly ad campaign and designing complementary collateral: posters, newsletters, social media and web ads, printed coupons, magazine ads, brochures, flyers, and product photo enhancement. Other duties include designing corporate and product catalogs, print production, and creating collateral for international clients.

Develop ideas for new products: including pricing, production, and design. Responsible for designing online ads for website and updating/maintaining product images for company. Create weekly e-mail newsletter graphics and product flyers for customers, trade shows, and workshops. Communicate with professional photographers to develop products for marketing their businesses. Design/create products based on individual client needs such as business, holiday, and sporting event cards. Market new and current products through special promotions. Manage and maintain social media accounts.

Work with team of experienced designers to create special ads and promotions. Individual responsibilities include designing full-page print fliers, quarterly product catalog, web-based ads for e-mail and social media marketing, trade-show stand-ins and booth banners, photography and photo-enhancements. Meet with marketing department weekly to discuss new campaign ideas and direction. Maintain brand identity standards. Manage social media accounts.
