I joined L&H Group in November 2006 starting in a Warehouse role before working up the ranks. I was promoted to Branch Manager of L&H Osborne Park in November 2010 before joining CNW Electrical in September 2019.I’m a highly driven and self-motivated service driven sales manager, I’m invested in building my staff to the best they can be and developing them in their own careers and bettering them in business. I lead by example and don’t shy away from getting my hands dirty. I’m extremely passionate about the industry and I absolutely love what I do.I take great pride in building strong relationships with my clients and enjoy nothing more than seeing those contractors achieve success over the years and grow their business and be able to be a part of that journey and success with them. It’s far more than a transactional sales process for me and I ensure my clients know that. I have also created a Facebook group in 2018 Perth Electrician’s which now boasts more than 8000+ members. A group to connect Perth sparkies that is designed to share info that's beneficial between all members and to network and help and assist each other and come together to better our industry.One of my proudest achievement was achieving the L&H National Branch Manager Of The Year in 2015 we worked extremely hard as a team to change a business that in 2010 was turning over a mere $2 million dollars a year to close to $10 million dollars in 2015 with a very healthy EBIT result. To be recognised by L&H Senior Management and my peers for our sales results, but also the input I had into the business nationally by being on the Senior Pricing Committee and locally with State Marketing and Customer Relationship Management was a huge honour.L&H WA Branch Manager Of The Year 2013L&H WA Branch Manager Of The Year 2014L&H National Branch Manager Of The Year 2015BGW GROUP Chairman’s 11 2021.
