In my role as Scrum Master, I worked with two scrum teams and my responsibilities included:- Coaching the teams and the organisation to deliver value incrementally, using Agile/Scrum practices.- Driving the execution of sprints by removing impediments, facilitating agile ceremonies and day-to-day decision making, as well as reporting on sprint progression, achievement and commitment vs delivery metrics.- Creating a work environment in which the scrum teams can organise themselves around their work, become more self-aware to what is blocking results, and to influence them to become self-correcting, self-organising and to continuously improve the way they work.- Assessing the maturity of scrum teams and the organisation, and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable for the team and organisation.

As an Associate Software Engineer in the In-Store team, I contributed to the development of ACI's Merchant Retail payment solution technologies. My role predominantly consisted of Java development, as well as Python scripting in the implementation of our automated testing frameworks.ACI Worldwide powers electronic payments for more than 5,100 organisations around the world.
