Schoolab is an innovation studio and co-creation space that supports students, entrepreneurs and companies in the development of innovative projects.As a Project Manager in Schoolab's Open Innovation team, I have led various Open Innovation challenges, orchestrating fruitful collaboration between startups, students and large corporations, with the aim of designing innovative and eco-friendly projects. At the same time, I have participated in various strategy consulting missions for renowned companies, volunteered as a mentor to startups, and facilitated stimulating innovation workshops.This enriching experience with Schoolab has given me a solid grasp of project management, team facilitation, customer collaboration, sales techniques, design thinking and the Lean startup approach. In addition, I gained valuable expertise in the field of open innovation, as well as an in-depth knowledge of innovative solutions to combat the excessive use of plastic, which is the subject of my final thesis.

The iGEM competition is an international synthetic biology competition that brings together students from all over the world every year. As a Human Practices consultant within the association ABIOSUP which prepares this competition, I had the opportunity to work with the iGEM team of Sorbonne University around an ambitious and innovative project: NAWI (Nutritive Algae for World Improvements). Within this project, I created a team named FITI (From Idea to Innovation) whose goal was to transform our project into a product through the implementation of a viable business model.

This internship allowed me to apply my project management skills in a scientific setting by joining the organizing committee of the 14th Triennial ISSS Conference. As a project leader intern in the seed biology laboratory (Pr. Christophe BAILLY), I mobilized various skills to organize this prestigious international conference.

In my capacity as Communication and Internal Communication Manager for my department's student association, I had the privilege of leading a dedicated team of 5 people, working daily to produce relevant content for the association's social networks (such as Instagram and LinkedIn) and website. I was responsible for developing and implementing a communication strategy and roadmap, covering all of the association's communication activities throughout the various student events organized throughout the year. In addition, I was responsible for the design and implementation of a short and long term internal communication strategy, aiming at fostering exchanges between the members of the association, as well as between current and future members. In parallel to my studies, I have also been actively involved in the university life, by participating in the organization of different events and highlights of the association.

Having had the honor of joining the founding team of the latest leisure center La tête dans les nuages, located in the heart of the Aéroville shopping center, I had the opportunity to actively contribute to the development of our customers. Within this dynamic team, I accompanied our visitors by explaining them the functioning of the center, marketed subscriptions to a French and international clientele, and participated in the maintenance and upkeep of the machines. Furthermore, I contributed to the establishment of a sustainable operating mode within our team, thus favoring a harmonious atmosphere and a most satisfactory customer experience.

This role allowed me to engage in a multitude of rewarding assignments throughout the institution.Among my responsibilities was participating in doctoral award ceremonies, honoring the academic achievements of our students. I also organized and led tours of the university for first-year students, facilitating their discovery and ownership of the place. In addition, I managed the locker rooms during conferences, ensuring the smooth running of events and the comfort of participants. Finally, I was actively involved in the animation of the university life, contributing to create a friendly and stimulating atmosphere for the whole academic community.
